Brokerage

LCSS offers brokerage of funding received through Special Services at Home and/or from PASSPORT (Community Participation Funding and/or Respite Funding).

When funding is received it can be self administered in whole or in part. LCSS can provide support for administration of the funding based on the preferences/choices of the individual/family.
